I have a few sheet rock holes in my ceiling after an A/C link. I’m looking for someone to replace the sheet rock and repaint for a reasonable price.

My husband and I are considering purchasing the house we currently rent but I think it needs new electrical and some plumbing repairs. Can anyone guestimate how much it would cost us to pay someone to rewire a 1400 s.f. single story house? Some plumbing needs replacing too.
The house is about 30-35 years old. It has never been updated with the ground type outlets and we often have things short out and break on us after being plugged in. For example, there is one outlet that has what looks like an updated outlet with the three holes and when we plug into it, the house blacks out and the item breaks, i.e, our vaccum cleaner! We’ve lost two laptop batteries and cords using a 2 hole-to-3 hole converter on other outlets in the house. It sucks having to pay attention to what kind of plug something has before we purchase it.

This house is 150 years old. It needs alot of repairs and I was wanting to know whether it would be more cost efficient for sheet rock verses plaster. There are many places that the holes are so big the walls will need replaced. This is our first home and there are alot of repairs that need to be done. Could you do both by plastering the holes that are not huge? Also, I am sorry to ask one more as this is alot of information as is, but would it be easier to use paneling on the walls, paint or wall paper. I want it to look new and not crack easily down the road and as much of it is already cracked wanted to know what would work best with that. If anyone can advise what would be best and more affordable (if lasting) to use. Thanks for those of you who give serious answers and can help with what they can in answering.

I’ve looked into the state & federal programs-there’s nothing I qualify for
or that is available.
Looking for someone who can donate time to do or help do repairs.
Even someone who has knowledge of how things should be done, would be helpful.
(Most of repairs not incredibly difficult, but do require someone who has done this
stuff before)
I need some stucco repaired, drywall in one room, some damaged wood replaced,
some holes dug for replacement fence posts and some assistance repairing the fence.
Also need to replace some window cranks for according windows.
And need some plywood cut to cover windows in case of future hurricane.
(I have plywood-I’m just not able to cut it)
I could probably pay something, but not allot.
I have misc items that could be used for trade: golf clubs & bag ,
bowling balls, several clothes dryers that need minor repairs, misc garage stuff.
IN MIAMI – NEAR NE 163RD STREET MALL
