I bought a house recently and need some handyman assistance for fixing things and installing some new equipment which I am planning to buy
1. Water heater needs to be checked since some setting seems to be off. One week into the house I am taking cold showers brrrr
2. Some minor electrical wiring issues which need to be taken care of
3. Need some help from a locksmith for changing door locks and garage door locks as well.
4. I am also planning to install surveillance camera’s in the front and back. Was wondering if I could buy them on Ebay and have them installed by the same handyman.
I live in the Austin TX 78727 zip code. Thoughts and comments much appreciated -
