and maintenance, would you learn to do it yourself? Or would you pay someone to do it? I’m talking about things like fixing leaking pipes, caulking a bathroom, replacing ceiling tiles, replacing a hot water heater, painting shutters, clearing gutters, etc.
This comes from someone who is a first time homeowner and lived in apartments for years with a maintenance man to fix things and who is clueless about tools and even the basics.

Mobile Home repair service in Central Texas?

i’m looking for a company close to Killen TX to install new skirting around my mobile home and make some other minor repairs to the home.
i have searched the yellow pages and cannot find a contractor who does mobile home services. i need new skirting around my home as well as a few other repairs.
